This is not surprising at all from Leto since it's happened before, and he's sort of fricking oddball nutcase with a power complex and cult behavior.

And the underage stuff, I get the angle of that for sure.

That being said, most of these stories seem to involve girls/women choosing to be in situations where there is an expectation of sex and then not being happy about it.

And I'm not saying that makes sexual assault okay. But if you're backstage at a concert and want to "hang with the band" in a hotel room, I'm not sure what else you should expect as an (assumedly) attractive female. Or if you're in a motel room alone with him, and moreover, in the fricking bathroom with him while he's taking a shower, I'm not sure you can act surprised when he wants sexual things. I mean shite, even the girl who was "threatened" with sexual assault when he said she'd wake up with his dick in her arse, she was in his hotel room with him. And even after she claims to have felt uncomfortable, she still "suggested she sleep on the chaise lounge." So she was so uncomfortable and fearful of "assault" that she still willingly chose to sleep in the room instead of removing herself from the situation? Get the frick out of here.

Again, sexual assault on someone is not okay. But there is a difference between being assaulted and making bad decisions but later regretting them. And based on the quoted information in the OP, it seems that all of these girls were where they were willingly and were not being held against their will. So forgive me if I struggle to buy into some of this stuff.

Does that mean he hasn't assaulted girls? Of course not. And if he has then, by all means, charge him. And if he's banging underaged girls, charge him. I'm good with that too. But a lot of this seems like chicks made bad decisions or wanted to frick the rock/movie star, and then later regretted it.

And again, I think Leto is a complete narcissist with huge cult-leader qualities. So nothing would surprise me about this dude doing shady, bad things. But let's just make sure it's actual bad things, as opposed to mutually consented things between two adults. That's all I'm saying.

It sounds like most of them happened 20+ years ago. Chances are likely there’s a statute of limitations or there just wasn’t enough “evidence” to bring charges.
