An all time rewatchable movie for me. At any point I can jump in and love it

Would rather have another Shanghai movie. RH3 was pure trash.

I know its probably not true but it always seemed like if there wasn't a Rush Hour movie out in the theaters, you'd never see Chris Tucker. I can't think of another actor so hitched and dependant on one franchise.

When's the last time he did a Friday movie?

He's only been in 3 projects since Rush Hour 3:
Silver Linings Playbook (2012)
Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk* (2016)
Tito Jackson: Love One Another (2021)

The last one is just a music video.

* - This movie may have the greatest WTF casting I've ever seen.

From 1998 - 2007 the Rush Hour movies are the only movies he appeared in.

The reason for not appearing in the other Friday movies, per Wikipedia:
