It was the same show every show - some misunderstanding - but it still managed to make me laugh, The physical comedy by John Ritter was very underrated.
I watched the show almost daily after school and laughed and was entertained, but it was truly frustrating that the premise of every episode was based on a misunderstanding, someone overheard something wrong, people jumping to assumptions and erroneous conclusions.

I get it for sure, I’m personally a fan of brunettes…
But, as I posted earlier I think some people have a live charisma so when you see photos it does not do their persona justice.
Maybe it’s like when you see a photo of someone you know, and you know they look so much better in person.
Photogenic vs. non

This pic really does say it all. Jaclyn Smith is truly, utterly beautiful. Like, possibly the Platonic ideal of female beauty.
I've always said this and I stand by it, including in this picture: Farrah looks kind of like a...dude. Very masculine facial features.

My favorite episode is the one with the misunderstanding
True, but when your a young guy, and most of the misunderstandings dealt in sexual innuendo it was awesome and hilarious

I had a crush on Kate Jackson even though I knew Jaclyn Smith was aesthetically more pleasing then her

Will check it out. If you have the nostalgia bug I highly recommend Dallas on Freevee.
Highly recommend.

Our Mom tried to ban us from watching it because she knew what was going with 90% of the jokes sexual innuendo.....
But we were so little, we argued we didn't know what the hell they we're talking about....BUT, we kinda knew.
Three's Company at the time was the free rabbit-ears version of Playboy TV.

The one in the middle is very masculine. It never made sense that she was included.

She was the doll even though Farrah got more fame.....
I mean....Farmer's daughter turned Spy?

If I could have had a harem in the early 80s it would have included Jaq, Victoria Principle, Erin Grey and Linda Carter.

One other note, I always thought John Ritter had genuine gay mannerisms ironically enough
The gayest thing about the show was the male vocalist singing…no, reciting the theme song.
The only characters I had an interest in were Jack and Chrissy. I wanted to see Jack get some. It sure seemed like he could get it if he could make her laugh. But he strangely did not give her enough time and attention. Every other character were just people I would never want to hang out with.
But I don’t get the John Ritter as a physical comic thing. Is this a reference to 3 Stooges style “comedy” like pratfalls and stumbling/tripping? Even as a kid, that kind of stuff just seemed like doofus comedy. It did not make me laugh. I wanted to hear funny lines.
There’s Company didn’t cut it for me. Never delivered. Not funny enough and not interesting enough. Just brief flashes of eye candy.

What is amazing about Jacklyn Smith is that she maintained her beauty well into old age. Even into her late 70s, she still looks incredible.
