Is Rome any good?

Thinking about starting it but I see its only two seasons and I don't recall hearing much about it. Worth a watch or should I just go ahead and start Breaking Bad?

It's one of my favorite tv shows. You really gotta pay attention to enjoy it though.

Breaking Bad was better, but both are must sees. A lot of people don't like season 2 since it was rushed when they found out that there wouldn't be a third, but I still think it was great.

They had a budget problem that cut the show short? Or was the story concluded?

It was expensive to make, so they ended the series before they had planned too. It was suppose to be 5 seasons, but cut short to 2, so they crammed the storyline into the last season to try and get everything in

Season 1 of Rome is as good as any season of Game of Thrones or The Wire or Deadwood.
Season Two is great as well. If Season 1 was a Ferrari 458 Italia, Season Two is a Porsche 911.
