My kids were at a middle school last year where kids were allowed phones at all times and this year at a new school they arent allowed. My kids love the fact that every recess people are hanging out or playing some sport versus last year everyone just scrolling

Lull is a great mattress if you’re looking for something more on the firm side. I have their original and the hybrid and love both

I’ve had the original for 6-7 years and minimal degradation noted
Same with my 12yo, started using chess.com and he’s kicking my arse now. Taught him some solid strategy so I’m trying to get some time online as well haha

I like my reqteq a lot, obviously in the pellet grill line with traeger but it’s good looking and very durable so far
I moved out west for a job 3 years ago and learned to ski (1st time I ever put in skis was also 3 years ago) and I absolutely love it. I’m 41. I hate cold weather but with the proper gear it’s fine. Expensive as hell to get into but once you have the base stuff it’s no different than any other leisure sport like golf or tennis in terms of cost. Now I can’t imagine life without snow sports

In Vegas?
There are a few issues with these salary comparisons. First, with many physicians they bill based on numbers of encounters, not in a prescribed hours/day workday. Overseas are more like a daily wage, see a minimum quota of patients, but not in the bulk of American doctors. This is a reason for the long wait times for many overseas patients.

The next is the national healthcare shortage. Most docs are working a 1.5-2.5 FTE equivalent. So what’s often reported isn’t a “typical” salary but reflective of that calm and overage burden. There are numerous other factors and healthcare providers aren’t blameless, but it’s much more nuanced than these simplified graphs.

it was $750 per ear. Just for the anesthesiologist. To administer laughing gas.

For the record, no we will not turn off anesthesia mid case, 2, I only pocket about $250 for a 2 ear case
I felt it in Redding, shook everything pretty good. My first true earthquake
A little out of context, his post presser said his team didn’t quit, and neither did Baka referencing that they were still blitzing with less than a minute to go. It was a complaint, just saying both teams continued to play till the final whistle

Now an argument can be made that we never showed up to play, but I think staying that he was “complaining” was an overreach
I feel every game moved up or back for a hurricane has been incredibly hot (Tennessee, app state, etc)
Bring a foldable wagon, way more useful than a stroller going through the airport. Just lots of activities and lots of patience
What sucks is most fires up here are started by PG&E or homeless or white trash folks, not lightning strikes or anything
His car reportedly got stuck on a rock and while getting it unstuck the grass beneath it caught fire which spread to his car. He watched the fire grow and didn’t report it, just walked away after he pushed it into a ravine. Was also seen drinking earlier that day. Guys a complete piece of trash with a prior arrest history and rumored pedophile. They’re seeking a life sentence
I’m about 30 miles west of the Park fire, been a hazy few days. Just drove back from Idaho last weekend, of the 11hr drive, only 2 hours weren’t through smoke
Yes, immediate debt relief, savings/retirement bump, as long as it’s not blown entirely on hookers and blow
