Yeah, I'm not clicking on what is starting to sound like snuff porn - especially here at work

Its part of a parody film. Its def NSFW. I thought it was hilarious but I have a sick sense of humor.

I remember being disturbed by the level of cruelty in that scene. I was probably 12 or 13.

I hate watching gore. The death scene from my childhood that haunted me was end of Indiana Jones when the guy’s face melted off.

Somehow, back then my parents thought it completely ok to watch a man dismembered by machine gun fire...but if I saw one woman’s nipple it was the end of the world!
Maybe your dad made that decision. Men were still men.

I saw Robocop when I was 8 and Alex Murphy’s death scared the shite out of me.
The Ambush scene in Bonnie and Clyde, and Final shootout from the Wild Bunch, were the craziest scenes I saw when that young. Both might have been more gruesome if larger caliber machine guns had been around to have been simulated. Both also saw a woman being bounced around by multiple gunshots.

The guy laughing the way he did while they were blasting him made me very uncomfortable.
Check out Warren Oakes (Ole Sargent Hulka himself) yelling while he's firing the Gatling gun.

IMO it's not even the most gruesome death in the movie.

The dude who has his skin melted by toxic waste turning him into some sort of mutant and then gets his by a car causing his body to explode was much worse.

Bingo! I remember a bunch of us in college sitting around rewinding the VHS tape of this over and over. Gruesome.

Two death scenes that messed me up as a kid were both from the same movie. Cherry 2000. At least I think that's the right movie.

The one guy that's sitting at a table at a party and they make him wear a brown paper bag with a target on it, everyone laughing as they shoot him in the head with an arrow. Just bothered me as a kid.

The other is the guy that they laid down with his feet straight up in front of the tank tread them rolled right over him.

I think that's the right movie.

The failed demos of Robocop 2.0 in Robocop 2 were both hilarious and absolutely horrifying at the same time as a kid.
