Yeah arguably bottom 3 episode of the whole series
Obvious filler episode with bare minimum animation to save for later fight sequences

I could by mistaken, but I believe in the comics that Viltrumites get stronger power wise the more they fight and become close to death. So that was Nolans first power up so to speak.

I literally skipped most of the episode. All I care about is Nolan officially came back for Mark. I can do without the other side plots.
Sidenote: Did they change William's voice actors. I know the character was already gay, but it seemed like he upped the gayness x20.

Episode was really weird. Only cool parts were Bruce Campbell as Satan and the ending.

Yeah that was a top 3 worst episode but great ending at least. There were some funny parts thrown in there and Mark is finally leaning into his power at least instead of being a pussy.

What a gnarly episode 
I knew it was going to be pretty brutal because the issue with this fight was but man, it still caught me off guard. The no-music and Conquest being silent made it all the creepier.
Didn't mind the Tech Jacket gender swap because the personality seemed the same, but at the same time...what was the point?

I thought I had watched all of S1 but never picked it back up.
My 22-year-old son keeps telling me to watch it because we always talk about movies and stuff.
I watched a S1 and S2 recap on youtube.
Then watched all of S3 and just finished the most recent S4 episode.
Holy moly I'm all in now. I'll be in plenty of rabbit holes on youtube now just to learn some history.
It's a pretty brutal show, but it works.

Episode 4 was very slow and forgettable. But holy crap, this episode did not disappoint in the least bit. That fight was absolutely insane. Conquest is such a fun villain. And Oliver is probably going to have nightmares about him going forward.
Also, how much intestines does Mark have exactly.
I just realized next week the Boys return. I officially can't wait until next Wednesday.
