Watch the clone wars animated series. He's alive and they expand further on his character beyond the influence of the Sith or the Jedi and and he plays a crucial role in the building of the empire.

I've seen some parts, and that still doesn't put him in the Top 100. If you want to put animated series into it, he is no Princess Azula, who is very much Darth Vader meets Cersei Lannister, and if an actual good trilogy to be made would go down as one of the greatest villains ever.

Watch the clone wars and rebels animated series.

It really is some great Star Wars to watch and really forces you to reevaluate your stance on the prequels. It's almost as good as BTAS.

Yoda learning the ways of the force in season 6 was incredible to watch and filled in some holes in how he was able to contact Luke in the OT.

I really really want to see Ahsoka make it into live action films soon. She's too important of a character to leave animated and she's one reason out of many why Anakin turned to the dark side.

I can't remember exactly what happens in the movie, but I know in the book he was starving the senator's daughter. At one point, he only gave her a few beans and some chicken bones.

So, ursula from little mermaid is top 25 for stealing a voice... but Scar from lion king isn't listed for killing his brother, trying to have his nephew killed 3 times, and ruining his entire kingdom... Gotcha.

Right, starving was to loosen the skin. ISTR in the movie, while she was making the snare for the dog, she said something like, "Thanks for the scraps, mister."

This list is shite.

Ursula from the little mermaid beat out Kefka, Sauron, Khan, Apocalypse, and Dark Phoenix?

Voldemort is not a top 10 villain.

Also where the frick are Jaws, Lavos, Predator?

I also consider Jackie Gleason's Portrayal of sheriff Bufford T. Justice to be one of the top 100 most memorable villains of all time. He was perfect against Bandit.
