Excalibur because well, swords are cool...
In Mallory's telling, the sword gave off a bright light that could blind enemies, as bright as "30 torches," which wouldn't seem all that bright, really.
The more important enchantment was in Excalibur's scabbard; the wearer of the scabbard, in some tellings, couldn't bleed, while most agree you couldn't bleed to death while wearing it.

He's not indestructible because of the adamantium. You could still bleed out from a knife or gun shot and the blades would frick your hands up. You need his healing factor also

My only thing with waterbending is that if you aren't talented enough to bloodbend, you need a source of water near you.

Its only handicap. If you have an abundant supply of it, I do think it's the most powerful form of bending.

Gonna go with a Lantern's Ring, if you can use it, you can basically every other item listed with it.
I'm not that deep into Marvel, so I don't know the ins and outs of the Infinity Gauntlet. Don't you have to be immortal to use it... kinda suck if you got your wish and it killed you when you put it on.
Does this extend to powers tied to objects in fiction... it'd be pretty neat to have a guitar work like the Spellsinger books.
Speaking of guitars, the Pick of Destiny would be pretty cool, if you don't have to deal with Beelzebub.
