I bet you’re such a homophobe you don’t watch gay porn. Your toxic masculinity sickens me

I feel like that new Big Pharma "prep" commercial for hot HIV sex has satisfied any curiosity I might have had.

95% of queer population didn’t see it either. Is it their fault also?

I will probably watch this eventually but I’m not going to the theatre to see it. I like billy on the street and the spots he did on Conan. I agree it’s small doses though. His entire attitude during the marketing and reception was over the top, not surprising for him, and off putting.

Doing the math (it’s way off so don’t kill me) if just 1% of the population is a gay male and goes to see this then that’s 3.3 mm tickets which at a minimum is $6 a ticket this weekend. That should be $18mm this weekend. I know that not how things translate but it would appear that less than 1% of the country was interested in supporting this and I know at least 3 straight people that went to see this specifically to “support” it.

Again, no hate on the movie or cast but it’s obvious that people, straight or gay just weren’t interested.

I have seen articles that 1/4 of the population of the US is gay:

LINK

If that is the case, this movie should be top 10 all time in the US already...

They were advertising it hard during NFL games. I was thinking it was odd. The movie has a limited audience.

That's the dude? What an obnoxious queen. He needs to not be fricking around with black women like that, good way to find out. Disrespectful arse.

3/4’s heterosexuals means one guy or gal is left out. Need an even number.

I dont get how this is a narrative that a-hole is going with. Brokeback Mountain did 178 million when it came out world wide, adjust for inflation and thats like almost 300 million or 350.

Maybe because the director was Asian that the movie about two guys finding love was better than some snarky white guy?
