What movies are:

- Worth watching
- Matter to the overall MCU plot
- should be watched in what order?

I've also watched season 1-2 of Daredevil and season 1 of Punisher.

Captain America; Winter Soldier
Captain America: Civil War

I think the Cap movies along with Iron Man 1, Guardians and Ragnarok are some of the best.

Black Panther was good but it was no better than any other individual MCU heroes movies

Sorry, but I don't do the work for lazy asses. Either watch the movies or read the Wikipedia recaps yourself.

There’s a lot of mediocre movies in there, but they’ll at least keep you entertained for a couple hours.

You should stick to the DC movies. Suicide Squad is a riot.

Imo, you're not missing much. I was burned out on them but this board kind of talked me into watching more of them.

Winter soldier is one of the best super hero movies of all time. GotG 1 is a fun movie. Those would be my two favorite.

Iron man 3 is one of the worst ever. I mean it's just a horrible movie. Civil War is pretty bad too.

Just about all of them are pretty good, iron man 3 being the exception.

From civil war til now the movies have been great.

Lifeless, no emotion.

Bring a pillow. They are all boring and all feel the same.

Look at a bowl of vanilla ice cream. You just watched the whole MCU.

If you like them and are interested in how they all tie together then just watch the movies.

Both Guardians of the Galaxy movies are fantastic.

Guardians 2 is a little overrated. Of the 21 MCU movies it falls in like the 15-18 range.

Anyway if you want a crash course for watching Infinity War/Endgame, I say watch:

- Captain America: The First Avenger
- The Avengers
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Avengers: Age of Ultron
- Captain America: Civil War
- Doctor Strange
- Thor: Ragnarok
- Black Panther
(Avengers: Infinity War)
- Ant-Man and the Wasp
- Captain Marvel (in March)

I’ll just name the ones I think are important to understand Infinity War going in...there’s a few others with Infinity Stones but these are mainly the better ones that advance that central plot

Captain America: The First Avenger
Avengers
Winter Soldier
GoTG
Age of Ultron
Civil War
Spider-Man: Homecoming
GoTG v2
Doctor Strange
Thor Ragnarok
Black Panther

To be ready for Endgame, also include
Infinity War
Ant-man and the Wasp
Captain Marvel (releasing Mar 2019)

If you enjoy comics/superheroes, it’s a fun story to watch unfold. Infinity War and Endgame are two of the boldest filmmaking attempts of all time with having to effectively combine numerous franchises. And they fricking nailed it
