Well done. But really disappointing that the name of Jesus was never mentioned, she was shown praying once (before a meal), and she was never shown attending Mass.

It reminds me of how the media portrays Mother Teresa. They are fascinated by her public life, but don’t want to dive into her interior life.

Is it worth seeing in the theater? The running time is the only reason I couldn’t fit in this weekend combined with the drive time to my nearest AMC.

I thought it was worth it. Cinematography was top notch. Awesome casting. A little long. They could could have cut out 30 minutes and added 10 minutes of prayer scenes, and it would have been better.

I heard a clip from some writer on the film saying "they wanted to make the film accessible" instead of "a Catholic movie"... so that's why they might've washed away her faith. It's the world that Hollywood lives in, that Christianity is taboo. As Kurt Vonnegut said, "so it goes."

Given the studio I’d say not much at all.

Their app has some awesome kids shows.

I really enjoyed the movie though it was a little bit of a let down how little they mentioned about Catholicism/their faith.

surprising coming from Angel Studios.

Unbroken and Walk the Line both did this disappointingly.

Angel Studios actually puts effort into hiring talented actors for their movies, which is something Kirk Cameron never figured out how to do.

Kirk was too busy worrying about if they appeared in a Playboy once than to fret over such trivial matters as “talent”.

Lots of haters on here. They just hate the game. On another note, I also get a shite ton of upvotes so it all evens out
