How are dudes in movies so good at humping?

Was watching Boardwalk the other day and an aging half-dead looking Steve Buscemi walks right up to a dame and starts humping her standing up in real time. And then today I was watching Yellowstone and the Attorney General does the same twice in one episode. In real time. From zero to 100 in like 2 seconds.
In my opinion this is one of the top 5 ways in which film differs from real life.

The Attorney General didn't need a handy or any heavy petting or anything from the opposition lawyer. He just walked right up to her twice in one episode and started pumping. It was like magic!

Why does everybody sleep with nothing but sheets instead of a comforter or blanket? I guess it's easier to just wash the sheets after they roll over and lay in their juices after sex
