Show continues to deliver.

Looks like another significant time jump again next week?

I know the show is definitely trying to paint the blacks as the good side
Laenor Velaryon has actively participated in the undermining of the royal succession and is now the Jussie Smollett of the Game of Thrones universe. He ain't no good guy.

Yep

Alicent of honor and duty: "I'm not going to turn in Cole for sleeping with the princess, and I'm also not going to turn in Larys for killing his dad and brother, because I need their help usurping the throne"

She also, in this episode, wanted her "protector" on the Kingsguard to completely disregard his oath and maime another Prince. The head of the Kingsguard had to step in on that one (if you didn't notice his look at Sir Criston). Or we just ignoring that too?

You mean like literally set into motion and then forgive the person that carried out the burning of Harenhall that killed The Hand, Rhaenyra's lover, and countless civilians?

Or how about putting her children in danger and setting off the path to Civil War just cause she wanted to see Rhaenyra suffer for having the audacity to have sex with people she wanted to. Done at the expense of an offer that would have secured the safety and inheritance of her, her family, her house, and the king.

Literally every action Rhaentyra takes is in response to imagined paranoia or ridiculous jealousy grievances that Alicent's actions set into motion.

Regarding Laenor. The guy hired to kill him. That’s not the same guy that he’s riding away with right?

Why would he go along with faking his death and do that to his family?

I was a bit confused why they showed 3 dragons at the end going back to King’s Landing with the ship the queen is on. Is there one I’m missing other than Aegon’s dragon and now Vhagar on the green side?

Guessing the sister has one but don’t think they’ve really shown it yet.

His boyfriend, yes.

He realized in this episode that their open relationship had given him a chance to be happy over the last decade but it hadn't been fair to his family and now they were in danger that he was failing to protect them from, so he was going to give up his boyfriend(s) and devote himself 100% to Rhaneyra and the kids. He would never have been happy. She gave him a way out where he got to go be his true self and be with someone who made him happy, and she got to marry someone with whom she could be happy who could help legitimize and protect her family.

now i hope it is plainly obvious to those still on the fence...now you can see how awful team black and its supporters are. you literally got people in this thread defending Rhaenyra murdering the innocent.

Alicent had nothing to do with the Strong's death. she did not instruct or event suggest to clubfoot to get rid of them...that was his own doing and his decision.

stop making excuses for your evil black queen, the whore of dragonstone.

Aemond was the only one without a dragon until he bonded with Vhagar.

I'm assuming the third was Dreamfyre, who is Helaena's dragon. We should be introduced to her later on if they're following the actions in the book.

Aemond - Vhagar
Aegon II - Sunfyre
Helaena - Dreamfyre

Greatly appreciate the fact finding

Refused to read this one with the main story unfinished and definitely kicking myself for it now.

Someone got a thing for Alicent.

Does it bother you she whored herself out to become a queen? And if a book reader she was doing the same thing at 13yo but that king died.

Except she did not turn him in a duty that a real Queen would have done.

I mean the woman is lying, keeping secrets from her husband, and the council, while she disobeys her husband and king every chance she gets and wants to personally cut the eye out of a young boy.

All hail Alicent the Cruel

I am getting the impression this is hitting close to home and Rhaenyra is causing some PTSD with the poster.
