Did they ditch Tiffany Haddish? She's been a little radioactive since she and Aries Spears were accused of sexually molesting foster kids or something similarly reprehensible.

Eddie Murphy one was fine in my opinion. Looks like this one will more closely relate to the Disney World ride though - lots of direct comparisons there - the stretching room, long hallways with pictures’ eyes moving, banquet hall, New Orleans style, etc

I agree, this feels really closely related to the ride. This looks fun and Ill bring my son to see it. Really wish it was an October release though.

Yes the hatbox ghost gem the new orleans version of the haunted mansion (Disneyland) is in it.

I think part of Disney's problem, among other things, is that nearly all of their media now seems like it's made with thinking of Disney+. Even that trailer seems like it was made with a decent sized Tv show budget. I was totally expecting it to say, premiering on Disney+ on Halloween or some shite.
Their movies are suffering because they're throwing so much budget at their TV shows and trying to build up Disney+
