Original Vacation is still one of my favorite movies.

The sequels are fine and have their time and place...Vegas and Christmas...

But nothing beats the original...it was more raunchy than the rest and a perfect example of early 80's comedy.

Cousin Vicki:
Yeah, but Daddy says I'm the best at it.

This wouldn't fly today. It's just so bad taste and wrong. But Vacation had a lot of that.

I felt the sequels were more tame.

Plus you get Brinkley and Beverely in all her Pyscho shower glory.

Vegas is underrated. It's quite good. I just wish they could have kept the original Rusty and Audrey for all of them.
