solid episode. finally what most of us were looking for.
i'll say this. They removed A LOT OF PLOT ARMOR.

Agree to a point, but it was still a bit underwhelming for me due to the little blonde-haired twunt.
I liked the "pregame" speech.
This whole "Silver Team Timeline" or whatever is still handcuffing them a bit too much.

I’m liking it so far. You can’t think of it as a retelling of the games though. Think of it as a different interpretation of the same story. It’s still good though

Tbh I’m kinda disappointed. Next week looks like the kwan show again and it’s gonna be like 3 or 4 episodes till we see masterchief in armor fricking shite up

I feel like all of last season and most of this season has been a slow burn but I’m enjoying it. I just hope eventually we get full episodes of master chief fricking shite up.

Yep, except for the "oopsie, the ship is still plugged in" part.
He will be missed. Unless they go in a different direction, I'm guessing Amanda will get his role and is already on the Autumn.
Next week looks like filler, which they really can't afford.

Kwan storyline hasn’t been too bad and since they are on Reach we should still get some action. The invasion hasn’t even really started since the MAC guns are still online. I hope we get a shot of the covenant fleet arriving that rivals the scene from Halo Reach.

This for sure. Chief, for me, actually felt like Chief this episode. Really wish they had their armor and showed them wrecking hordes of elites, but it is better than the past episodes no doubt.

Kind of a head scratcher that Cortana was left behind. Unless Ackerman just hates everything related to Halsey.
