What do you think is the most disgusting scene you have ever seen in a horror movie? I have two.
The roaches coming out of Mr. Pratt’s skin in “Creepshow”
And
The Custard scene from Peter Jackson’s “Dead Alive”

I always hated the scene from saw 3 (I think) where the dude is in the machine that breaks all his bones in arms and legs.

Peter Jackson went so over the top with that thing that I ended up laughing my arse off more than being grossed out.

I immediately thought of that wall closing in scene from whatever saw movie

I typically don't care for gross-out type movies, so my experience here will be less than others. Still, the "smashing her husband's balls with a hammer and then giving him a handjob until he ejaculates blood" scene from Antichrist can certainly make you squirm.

I have no idea what movie it was, but I will never forget this particular scene. When I would visit my uncle, he would almost always have a scary movie on, those were his favorite. Now, I was a little kid, but he had no qualms about playing horror movies when I was around lol.
Anyway, this one particular scene may have possibly been from one of the Children of the Corn sequels, but I can’t remember. In this scene, a woman is sitting at a dinner table. All of a sudden, roaches start coming out of her mouth, and she starts vomiting up roaches right there on the table. It was disgusting and I can still remember it to this day.

When I was 7, Mom and Dad took me to see "The Devil's Rain".
The ending of that movie is tame by todays' standards, but it made an impression on me as a child I can't shake...

I thought when the Witches of Eastwick made Darryl (Jack Nicholson) throw up cherry pits was pretty gross.
As for blood and gore I thought "Planet Terror" scene where Tarentino's character was about to rape Rose McGowan "Cherry" and his privates melted off as he was transforming was pretty freaking nasty.

Stuff like Dead Alive/Braindead is so over the top that it fails to really disgust me.
In general I can deal with shite like dismemberment, dissolving bodies, being eaten, broken bones, etc.
What genuinely fricks me up is shite like bodily assimilation. Think the deleted scenes with the people pods in Alien, the bear in Annihilation, the Flayed in Stranger Things, or what happens to the mother and son in Color Out of Space (I had to skip a few minutes of that attic scene because it was unsettling the hell out of me).
The Fly and The Thing would technically count I guess but those come close to the same "comically over the top" metric as Dead Alive.

I remember the scene in The Ring whenever the mother is telling the story of seeing her dead daughter in the pantry.
“Rachael please.. I saw her face.” (Creepy music plays and the door opens revealing her dead daughter).
It’s one of those 2 seconds of terror scenes that had no buildup and kind of hits you in the face. There are scarier buildups out there, but this scene always sticks with me.
