Seth MacFarlane at least deserves a mention.
He's as talented a voice actor as there's ever been. Him singing, and singing well with his different characters is what has always impressed me.
ALways enjoyed his interview on Graham Norton. First off Charlize Theron is hot, but Tom Cruise seems so impressed with McFarlane.

His Kermit the Frog at the end is hilarious.

I demand someone besides myself acknowledge Jim Cummings
Cummings is brilliant. His adoption of the Winnie the Pooh role has been practically seamless, but I will always have a soft spot for Darkwing Duck.

The problem with using actors like Grey Griffin, Jennifer Hale, Troy Baker and Nolan North is that there is not one defining role they are most known for.
There are some roles that an actor is known for regardless of any other role he or she plays. Examples:
David Hayter as Solid Snake
Robert Clotworthy as James Raynor
Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano
Ali Hillis as Claire Fallon (Lightning)
Michael Gough as Deckard Cain
Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime
Briana White as Aerith Gainsborough
Tricia Helfer as Sarah Kerrigan

The GOAT voice actor, who is in a category by himself, is Frank Welker.
In fact, Welker is the most credited actor in all media combined.

Billy Bob Thornton
Billy Bob Thornton as Jigo is a weird one in that it’s oddly appropriate. If you’ve heard the original Japanese version, Jigo sounds absolutely nothing like Thornton while the rest of the characters save for Moro (wolves are associated with males in Japanese while Moro is female and the West additionally tends to associate wolves more with females which makes choosing a deep voiced male really weird for a Western audience) tend to sound similar to their Western counterparts. You’d never think Thornton would make a good monk, but he’s strangely perfectly cast as the eccentric Jigo.

Took way too long to mention Jones as Vader
Here's a CDSB (Cool Dad Story, Bro):
My dad had pretty good near-front-row tickets to a new broadway show in NYC one day. A little while after he had settled in, a man and his wife shuffled past him and sat down in the seats next to him. He instantly recognized the man, and went, "Mr. Jones?" and the man turned to him, and in that familiar low booming voice, the man replied, "Yeessss?" and my dad just gave a friendly "hello" and left it at that. I think that's how the story went; it has been years since I've heard him tell it. But I know it was a very cool moment for him, indeed. He said hearing that voice in person was surreal.
There's a video on YouTube where JEJ was asked in an interview if he ever used the Vader voice on an elevator or over the phone as a prank.
He told a story about how he was driving across the country back in the 80s or 90s and had a CB radio in his car and was using Darth Vader as his handle. He said he would freak truckers out, and he stopped for gas at a truck stop and there was some buzz about it.

I'm a little embarrassed that Frank Welker didn't come to mind. Dude can still pull off a perfect Fred from Scooby-Doo, 50 years later.
That they would go in a different direction for Megatron in ANY media while Welker still draws breath is unconscionable.
For those interested in the field, Rob Paulsen's Talkin' Toons podcast he started about 10 years ago is brilliant. He began by telling stories on his own about his time in the industry, and it expanded to having guests on the show like Maurice LaMarche (yet to appear in our discussion), Phil LaMarr, Nancy Cartwright, et al., but then it morphed into a live show at John Lovitz' comedy club. Rob's throat cancer diagnosis might've put the show on hold, I honestly haven't checked for a couple of years, but it's absolutely worth a listen, even as fans of the many shows he and his contemporaries did.

Both are all time greats. Surprised they havent been mentioned yet.
My current fave is kristen Schaal.
The most iconic would be Peter Cullen and Phil Harris

Also as yet unmentioned: Paul Frees.
Also an occasional on-screen actor, for example as Vorhees in The Thing From Another World:
it’s always a little unsettling to be watching an old film and recognize that iconic voice coming out of a real live human being

That was always me whenever I'd see Sterling Holloway (Pooh) or John Fiedler (Piglet) in something like The Twilight Zone (both) or 12 Angry Men (Fiedler)

Frees did multiple voices in the film Patton. It's almost a drinking game, hearing Patton's aid speak with Frees's voice, then a reporter, then some foreign ally...
