In the jump scare thread I posted that the Bilbo scene made me jump out of my skin.

That got me thinking, what are your favorite horror or scary movie scenes that aren't a part of horror films. As a very young kid when the movie came out, the T-Rex scene in Jurassic Park scared the shite out of me.

While we're at it, honorable mention to the velociraptor kitchen scene.

Most David Lynch movies would apply here. Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks Fire Walk with Me, and Mulholland Drive are some of the scariest non horror movies ever.

not even the scariest bit in that movie. The clowns after tequila and the biker bar was truly terrifying shite with the music, etc.

Multiversity of Madness. Some of those scenes with Wanda were straight outta horror.

The first glimpse of the Thuggi ceremony in Temple of Doom was pretty freaky for little Prez back in the day, especially the whole heart from the chest stuff.

Indy was awesome though.
