Airplane!
Certainly the greatest spoof movie of all time at least.

My top 4 or 5 would be as follows:
Blazing Saddles
Kingpin, Something about Mary, and Dumb and Dumber all right there together. It is truly amazing how the Farrelly Brothers' career started out.
I would put Evolution way up there for constant laughs through the whole movie.
Caddyshack would be up there.
And lastly, my dark horse is Wedding Singer. I laugh my arse off at that movie because of the dryer situational stuff in it.

If I'm flipping through the channels and I see Animal House, I have to watch it. It never gets old to me.

"Nevermind that shite! Here comes Mongo!" I try to interject that quote into every day life whenever somebody is saying something particularly boring.
As much as I love Blazing Saddles, I'm partial to Spaceballs.

Greatest Comedy Ever
For me, it's Dumb and Dumber. It's the single funniest movie for me, and still holds up to this day.
Blazing Saddles is in my Top 7 Comedies though...definitely greatness.

I'm going with Coming to America.
I will laugh every time I see it.
Also Harlem Nights.

I would have to go a tie with Blazing Saddles, Holy Grail and Dumb and Dumber.
