Because Jaime is the one that is supposed to pay him AND Bronn probably doesn't realize Cersei is slowly becoming a murderous maniac (at least more murderous than we already know her to be, like Mad King level crazy/murderous).

Bronn is fricked. Cersei called him out on it to Jaime, and then told Jaime not to betray her again.
I think they're coming for him, and if Jaime tries to tip him off, that's the betrayal she was speaking of.

So, was it me, or was Tarly's speech basically the same thing Thorne said to Jon right before he was hanged?

We've also seen some weird-arse pregnancy shite resulting in a shadow demon. That took blood magic, but it also was from the work of a priestess, not some twisted-arse necro maester.
Qyburn was there, just before she told Jaime the news.
Maybe she's pregnant with something and it isn't Jaime's child.
