Did anyone else pick up the subtle shift that the story is more about Jon now than Dany? She seems to be taking a bit of a backseat.
If/when one falls and is turned to an ice dragon, I think that will take a lot of the wind out of her sails. That will leave it to Jon to finish the job.

Hodor lives. Comes out of nowhere and destroys the dead army with his penis.
Dragon sensed the blood in him. That book Sam has will come into play.

On the rewatch...jaime walks in as Qyburn says: "I can give you something."
And Cersei says: "That won't be necessary."
The bitch ain't lying.

That was one of my predictions at the beginning of the season, along with the Drogon liking Jon thing. I've missed on a few. I figured that Cersei would take Highgarden, but I thought they would follow the direction the books were heading and Euron would do it, not Jamie. I expected Tyrion to be flying a dragon by now, doesn't look like that is happening. Hoped we would get Knight of the Laughing Tree from Bran, still haven't, and I sure as shite didn't see them saying that Rhaegar's marriage to Elia was annulled. I expected Jon to be legit just based on the Targs doing weird shite like taking multiple spouses and marrying their relatives.

I think I we lose two, just guessing based on plot and such.
Jon - Lives
Gendry - Lives
Beric - Lives
Hound - Lives
Jorah - Lives
Tormund - Dies
Thoros - Dies

I'll be shocked if Beric lives.

Jon needs to ride his cousins to the throne.

Well, there's the prophesy to where at best Cersei has a miscarriage or is lying, and at worst will be killed before she gives birth.

With how much time is jumping around, by the time Jon gets back to Dragonstone, then presumably to Kings Landing, Cersei should have had the damn kid by them.

But if it's a male child and she dies in childbirth, that's "a" little brother. Was just talking to my buddy about this idea, but I think her just lying about being pregnant is way more likely.
She can send Jaime off somewhere and he won't know she's not pregnant. Seems a lot easier.
Edit: and if it's stillborn, the prophecy still fits. But that's really more for the tinfoil thread than this one.

Her dying in childbirth would be too unsatisfying. But..guess she could be resurrected these days.
Sansa is plotting some shite it seems, seems jealous of her siblings.

Is Lyanna Stark also Gendrys mom as well as Jon Snows? Is it possible?
Posted on 8/14/17 at 12:06 am to LSUbacchus
No, it's not possible.
Gendry's mom was just some woman that Robert found sexy and got pregnant.

Ok I wasn't sure, I always knew that Robert was in love with her, never sure if they were ever together.

Her heart was with the last dragon.
Robert was jealous. Insanely jealous.
