Boom. After the show linked the drawings to the dead bodies from the first season.

In the post-episode recap, I didn't realize Jamie's face when he first saw the dragon. Quite a subtle but powerful expression.

Gold hand and armor? No way Jamie can swim. Only question is who drags his arse out of there...

I can't imagine the drop off is that much. At worst he could walk back to shore on the ground of the lake.

His expression when seeing the dragon and Podricks when Arya is giving it to Brienne were both awesome.

Such bad tactics though. Why not just sneak attack with all three dragons while the army is still moving in a column and then follow up with the dothraki to clean up.

So many dothraki got wasted.

why even use the dothraki at all...especially when she didn't know about the big arse crossbow? 1 dragon much less 3 would have wasted all of them no problem without taking injury.

Bronn possibly, but Jaime murdered her father. If Dany is feeling charitable she may allow him to take the Black, but nothing else.
I don't know.

After hearing about now terrible her father was, Dany seems a little more understanding.

Plus, Jamie finding out that it WASN'T Tyrion who killed Joffrey seems too important for that not to be a factor, especially given the current situation.

I don't know. The show has made it a point to show that Dany has accepted what her father was. And Tyrion told her that Jamie and Varys are the only two people he trusts. I could see Tyrion being able to convince her to let Jamie live considering if he hadn't killed her father, Kings Landing would be a smoldering ash pit right now.

As awesome as the battle was, my favorite part of the episode was Arya schooling the shite out of Brienne.

"No one."

TBH Bronn and Jaime would've died. Bronn for sure at least when he was using Qyburn's dragon killer.

I was thinking that too. Would have taken you all of two minutes with no losses to your army.

My only complaint is Jamie was riding a horse through shallow water. Whenever whoever knocked him off...water was 50 ft deep

Varys tells tyrion he has to find a way to make her listen. That to me sounds like she isn't very understanding.....

Horrible episode. The feel of most of it was like a MASH episode.

New Arya is too grim and jaded. Yes, I get why, but Maisie is just not playing it well.

The battle was nice, but candy at the end of a shitty meal. The dragon torching the army makes sense, but unarmored men would get slaughtered by armored men. "Your people can't fight." Jorah easily beat their best people because he had armor, but I guess mighty brown people will always prevail against whitey no matter what.

Looks like Jaime's getting captured again.
