That storyline is done, only way I see it coming back is if Bronn tries to save Tyene or if Jamie gets pissed at Cersei for killing a "innocent" girl simply for revenge

The thing is I didn't care about Tyene's punishment, it was Ellaria's. I don't think she's gotten it yet.

The only way I think Dorne ever comes up again is that they have some dudes in the big battle against the Night King.

She has. That was the whole point. Watching her daughter die and rot.

I mean she is going to watch her daughter die slowly of poison in front of her eyes. Plus there was a heavy implication of Gregor. I think her life has gone sufficiently to shite that we don't need more torture porn.

Yes, it was. My favorite conversation in the episode. Twas excellent.

So I wonder what she is getting from Volantis?

And I think I had the same look on my face that Varys had on his when she said he has to die "in this strange country". Sounded like she has seen his death, and I'm assuming that mean he won't be alive at the end of the show.

I feel like they need an episode between Season 7 and 8 of just Bran recounting the events of the first 6 seasons to Jon and Sansa.

Looking forward to resolving the Mad Queen storyline so we can get to the final act with the Night King

What do you not understand about this episode taking place over the course of a couple weeks?

I do understand it. Agree that is happening.

The issue like a previous poster stated is immersion. For readers who remember the travel time of armies across the region as reference, it kills it.

So heavy implication from the next on is that Danny reaches a deal with Jon. Marriage makes the most sense. Shot of the dragon flies seems to imply she is going to unlesh the dragons on someone. The iron bank backs Cersei.

So basically Danny has, so far pulled an Atlanta Falcons

I do want, if on screen or outside of it, be implicit Ser Gregor did something in the long term. No need on screen, but imply it.

So nobody has mentioned this, but Bran is about to drop the truth bomb once Jon gets back. That is assuming Bran doesn't leave for whatever reason

I remember what amount of time it takes to move around, but holy frick is this the dumbest nitpick. You either accept that the episode happened in the correct sequence for things to work or you are requesting the directors slow the series down even more with a bunch of traveling shots.

The book has the luxury of tossing in an extra chapter when they need to set a timeline, but shows simply can't do it. You accept it and move on because you simply can't make what you want in compelling television format.
