Looks like Randyll Tarley Will be fighting for Cercei. I thought they were loyal to House Tyrell, but since they are all dead, it seems like he favors those in power.

Or, now that House Tyrell is basically gone and Cersei thinks she runs shite, she may offer Highgarden and The Reach to the Tarlys in exchange for loyalty.

What Euron is up to is still a bit of a mystery. Could he attempt to capture a dragon with his horn to present to Cersei?

I doubt Forging it. Maybe working with it and making weapons out of other melted Valyrian steal weapons but I doubt he learns to make it from scratch.
The prevailing theory is that to actually create Valyrian Steal takes some form of blood sacrifice, presumably Human.
