I don't mind someone singing a song at a club, a concert, or to another character in the movie, but the whole "we're walking across the street, and break into a choreographed song and dance with 20 other people" is bs.

Not really a full song and dance routine but Jackie Chan did a brief little homage to Singing in the Rain during a fight scene in Shanghai Knights that really cracks me up.
