Godzilla vs Kong Sequel Set For 2024 Release

They have really set themselves up to introduce a number of Godzilla monsters. Going next movie in the monsterverse is someone like Gigan or maybe Biollante, will definitely be seeing the rebirth of Mothra soon though.
Obviously want Destroyah but let’s be honest he has to be the endgame monster either him or Mecha-Ghidorah

There’s no well-known Godzilla villains left at this point. Destroyah isn’t really well known. Ghidorah was iconic. MechaGodzilla was cool and semi iconic, but I think they covered MechaGodzilla and mechaGhirdorah in the same monster there since Ghidorah hijacked MechaGodzilla

I mean there a lot of pretty well known DC and Marvel characters that were pretty obscure at some point too. If they’re going to chug a long with the MV the they’re going to have to introduce new monsters. Gigan and Destroyah would be the easiest to introduce especially Destroyah since they already laid the groundwork with using the oxygen destroyer

i agree they they kinda covered mecha ghidora with mecha godzilla in the last movie.
in general i dont think ghidora would be any more recognizable to casual folks than say destroyah or biolante. most movie goers just recognize big G and Kong honestly.
personally love to see gigan.

As dumb as these movies are, I love them, and I'm willing to spend my hard earned money to take my family to the theater to watch them.

This is why this movie was so awesome. Big monkey fight big lizard.
It doesn't need to be anything other than this. I love how this movie didn't have any random romance or anything pushed into it.
It was dumb as shite in a lot of parts of the movie, but its so easy to get past that while watching, simply by reminding myself, "big monkey fight big lizard" during the movie.

Awesome i loved king of the monsters and zilla vs kong. I want more ghidora and the underwold where kong went to live.

They should bring back Mothra and Rodan, to go with whatever new big bad they put in. I'd like to see more action involving those 2.
