And what's up with Stu making lists of book readers? You know who else made lists

There's about 20 posts that I RA'ed in this thread.
The book readers listed really need to stay out of these threads. Whatever their excuses to justify their posts, when some of these story lines progress it's going to be very obvious exactly what they were doing.

I was close. Stupid name though, since it aims down toward the ground. (and yes, I can prolly figure out why they call it that anyway)

What about a litz of names?

well, it's obvious, especially when there are two threads at the top of the page - one is Book-Readers, and the other is Non-Book Readers....both have "last reply" as Psych, or Carson, or whomever....the same person replies in both threads within a minute of each other. So I didnt make a "list" but you three stood out last nite as you were actively posting in both threads
And so when I post I dont like the Sam character, I get in response from you guys:
"Maybe he's still fat because he's secretly killing Others"
" Sam is secretly some bad arse white walker-slaying guy
"
you found his secret. he cooks the white walkers for himself and mormont. that's why he's forbidden to die"
"We all saw how he shite himself when he saw the white walkers last season. They looked at him and didn't even feel he was worth killing.
"
Now, I get that alot of this is tongue in cheek, but you all are obviously alluding to something. You are walking right up to that line and you know it.
Then, in the Book-Reader's thread, there is the:
"I couldn't resist throwing the non-readers off in the other thread ;)"
"you are doing a great job in the other thread
"
"I'm "helping"."
"That was a GREAT question!"
"
"
so without question, you guys are doing something - whether that be intentionally misguiding people or alluding to something - whatever it is, it should stop. Just keep whatever to yourself. Let the show stand on its own as an independent body of work. We already know that the show isnt following the book exactly, so just leave it be.

But I find that I have to turn on subtitles for this show a lot of times due to all of the accents and shite. I watched the whole episode last night with subtitles
How do you turn on subtitles on HBO?

I would be okay with adding a Franz Liszt feature on tigerdroppings.

What really bothered me is the more they posted the more blatant and more important content they were tainting.

Gonna need a lot more information to answer this question.
What device you watching on?
Is it through cable/directTV?

Agree 100% with that whole post. Whether done seriously or in jest, bottom line is it's potentially fricking up entertainment for the rest of us and it shouldn't happen. And on top of that, it's too easily avoidable...just don't fricking do it. That simple. But certain people just can't manage to fricking do that.
FWIW, those posts are now all hidden.

If you have Cox, you just hit Settings (may be Menu, but I think it's settings), and one of the choices is to display closed captions, and you switch that to "Yes" or "On" or whatever.
But be warned, it kinda sucks sometimes...there will be parts that it skips. But it still should be helpful.

I don't know why we have to have this same fricking discussion on ever goddamned week of every goddamned season of Game of Thrones. It is amazingly pathetic how proud a few people are of themselves for having read the books.
Psych and the other assholes need to get it through their faggoty heads: It's not about the "spoilers." If we want to know what happened in the book, we can find that out, easily, without your help. But we're not on this thread to discuss the book. We're here to discuss the TV show, as it unfolds. So frick off.
