The non-book readers can be just as bad complaining about spoilers that aren't spoilers, but just info relayed from the show itself that just happens to be posted by someone known to read the books.
It's pretty simple if people just go with the following:
- If you've read the books, don't mention the books. If you have to ask yourself "will someone bitch about this?" then don't post it.
- If you're a non-reader that has a question but don't want to venture into the Crackpot thread, go ask in Psych's thread. Don't ask here (which fosters that "spoilery" environment just as much).
- If you don't think it belongs here, don't bitch about it. Just RA.

Nah. It's not "bitching about spoilers." It's simply not wanting any book information (a.k.a. info outside of the show) in this thread. That is exactly what this thread is for, to talk about the show and only the show with zero information from sources outside the show. So this "bitching" that you're talking about only happens when bookreaders jump in here and start saying too much. This is 100% not a "chicken or the egg" situation, as nobody would complain if everyone kept non-show information out of here.
I can't believe some of you refuse to understand that it's not about "spoilers," but rather about any and all outside information. None of that information belongs in here, and there are now at least three other threads where it goes.
