That “fight” was pure fan service. When Brienne actually took it seriously, she knocked Arya down. Arya is an assassin not a fighter. Her only sword fighting experience was basic with Syrio when she was like 10 and sparring with the Waif while blind.

No sword experience for me, just thinking about it logically. I know it's not exactly the same thing, but think about swinging a baseball bat with wrists and then without wrists. Going to be a much much longer and slower swing without wrists. So if there's someone there trying to kill you while you swing, it's going to be pretty easy to dodge or deflect your wrist-less swing and then you're left wide open for a kill.

Not necessarily true. He used the Dothraki's non-ability to fight a man in armor to his advantage and won, that does not mean he would have lost to him otherwise. If anything it shows that he keeps his wits and abilities in a fight and was able to find the easiest way to win that one.
Also remember he, Greyworm, and Daario took down basically the entire city of Yunkai. The guy is very skilled.
