Bronn has never demonstrated any loyalty in Cersei's eyes. She sees that he is solely motivated by gold and is possibly the only person she can send that's close enough to the two to be able to assassinate them

I don't see how people can bitch about this episode after having no GoT for 2 years. This is the greatest show in TV history and you got to see all of your favorite characters coming together.
The imagery, the dialouge, the pacing was all on point.
