That’s life. People can have different opinions. I personally enjoyed it. There has to be some buildup with all the returning characters coming together.

I don’t get this theory unless you’re suggesting he’ll attack KL by himself with dragon.
Any portion of his army that diverts from wintefull to travel south would clearly catch the eyes from enough people to warn Cersei. The strip of land that connects the North to the south is super narrow where the Twins are. I just don’t see half the NK army going around winterfell passing by Riverrun and some Lannister territory to surprise attack Cersei.

Of all the Game of Thrones Episodes to ever air...that was........ one of them.
Silly and lots of filler, but I understand the reunions and refresh. I’m sure it gets much stronger over the next two months as it concludes.

I loved Season 6. I loved the Spoils of War. If they stop being retarded in the later seasons, then I’d love it again.
And I didn’t hate this episode, but it threw out a top 3 stupid part in the show. Send Bronn to kill his two best friends. I’d love for someone to send the same to some of my frat brothers and see how that works out.

Overall good set up episode. We got all the pieces in place for the war. I think the jon/dany scene with the dragons served a couple of purposes:
1: see if he could ride a dragon
2. Keep their relationship a secret -only hooking up when nobody is around
3. Possible foreshadowing with the dialogue at the waterfall. It was giving me vibes of jon/ygritte in the hot springs talking about never leaving the cave.
4. We learned the dragons are depressed

Daenerys turned me off on this episode. I've always thought she would be a red herring, but her "your sister needs to respect me bc I'm the queen" and "they didn't bend the knee so I killed them" etc. - like I know she had a tough start, and a bunch of cool magical shite happened around her - and she has some badass dragons that are only here bc of her, but she is acting like a super cold, cocky entitled bitch even moreso than past seasons.
