Oh so now we're supposed to believe what Littlefinger says all of the sudden?
The other Vale Lords declared for Jon. You think they're sticking around for Cersei? They're not going to support the Mad King's daughter. They've clearly sworn fealty to the King in the North.

Exactly, LF doesn't consider Jon a Stark, Jon is King of the North, but LF never swore fealty to Jon, therefore, he doesn't feel beholden to Jon. He feels beholden to Sansa.

While that is true, the most dangerous person to Jon is LF and he would never swear fealty to him.

LF is only using Sansa.

I don't have any issue with Dragonstone being abandoned.
If I was one of the few soldiers left at Dragonstone and I knew Stannis was dead and then someone was like "Oh, this crazy bitch with 3 dragons, a bunch of Dothraki warriors, and a massive fleet is headed straight for us.", I don't think I'd be sticking around too long.

I wonder if Bran is going to get any visions of LF and his role in everything.

I still don't understand why people are still bitching about characters who have the littlefinger "jetpack". Who gives a shite.

it doesn't matter in the end, just indicative of somethings that have left a bad taste for me personally in the show.
Indicative of you looking for plot holes that don't exist
I mean they don't really explain a lot about that, its not a plot hole, it just wasn't handled well.
Its a fine show and this is nitpicking, but I am a fan of this genre so i like to look at it more intensely. If the Lannisters still have an army, i feel it would have been wise to place at least some of them at dragonstone or to at least discuss the fact that this vacant castle is sitting there and why it may be that way given the amount of time they have had to build up her arrival - Did the Lannisters discus strategy for when she would actually get here much much thus far (I am actually asking as it seems it should be a major point of concern).
They could also have done something about why the army is wherever they are (i'm also not really sure how long cersei has been in power from the time the blew everything up, it may not have been long enough for her to do anything). If they dont' have any fresh troops, ok, but that seems weird to place arya's scene towards the end with a pair of seemingly fresh and happy troops if that is the case.
All of this is explained by Cersei being blinded to hate for her enemies and not recognizing her true enemy I guess. But i gave her more credit than that up until the last season.

I feel bad for calling out that guy earlier. Good Mannister Lannister would be ashamed of me.

When Jaime says "three kingdoms, at best" which three is he referring to? Obviously the kingdom of the Rock. What are the other two? Is he counting the Stormlands and the Riverlands (which technically wasn't one of the severn kingdoms, IIRC).

Hmm...:
The North - sworn to Jon
The Vale - de jure Robert Arryn/de facto LF in support of Sansa/Jon
Iron Islands - disputed btw Euron/Yara
The Rock/Westerlands - Cersei
Stormlands - Cersei
The Reach - Dany
Dorne - Dany
so he must be counting the Riverlands with whatever is left of the Freys and their hostage Tully

Stormlands, West, and Riverlands.
I originally thought Iron Islands, but thats the one that isn't technically part of the seven.

Has the dragonpit ever been discussed on the show aside from last night when the friendly Lannister soldiers were talking to Arya?
