I don't really know what they are going for with Sansa? Some form of PTSD I guess?
I mean she isn't listening to Littlefinger at this point. That's progress.

The Others (WW Zombies) don't have to be freshly dead to be in the WW army. These giants could have died long long ago.

Cersei said in last nights episode that Sansa stands beside the bastard in Winterfell. I would imagine that everyone presumes Bran and Arya to be dead...but then again Brienne has seen Arya recently so you would think she'd share that with Jon and Sansa..kind of odd that she hasn't come to think of it

She did mention it to Sansa in the prior season before they left for winterfell. But said she couldn't find her trail.

Yes, she will never be on the show. GRRM fought for her inclusion but the showrunners have elected against it.
