Little finger is going down this episode. I can feel it
Do you really think Sansa will let him do that?

Director confirmed it was not intentional:
quote:
Renfro: Another thing people are obsessing over is this weird moment with Jon Snow's sword, Longclaw, where people thought the eyes of the wolf "opened" right before Jon came out of the water.
Taylor: That is so funny, somebody else mentioned that to me and I haven't got a clue what they're talking about. So either this sword is magic and it's doing stuff on its own or something happened. I'm going to have to go back and watch that moment close up and in slow motion to see what's going on there. I can say that there was no intention for that to be the case.
The two eyes are a single piece of clear crystal all the way through...the "eye opening" is just Jon's glove being seen on the other side of the sword through the crystal.

Maybe she can't resist the Lord's Kiss...she has to be curious why Lysa was yelling!!

Where are you getting this info? Pretty sure Longclaw's eyes are garnets.

I wish they would slow down a bit and have a nice winterfell round of reunions.
Jorah needs to see how bad arse little lady bear is doing.
Jon and arya
Hound and brienne
Hound and arya
Sam and Jon
Tyrion and Sansa
Dany showing the Lords of da norf some dragons.
Ole boys on the wall need info
Etc.
Like, for once, I actually want a filler episode to end some stories and then shite can hit the fan.

Tormund and Brienne need to get busy breeding Westeros's first NBA franchise.

The pacing of the show has me so confused regarding time/travel. If they're all the way in King's Landing in this episode, will the Night King be at The Wall in this episode?

I think that may be just an iced over handle getting wet.
Yeah, regarding the sword it definitely is. This is a gif of Jon getting out and slinging water on it:

I can't find where I originally read it, but here's an article that says the same thing (attributes it to "fans on Reddit") - LINK

Fans on Reddit stressed that Longclaw's eyes are just a transparent piece of crystal that fills out when the hand is behind the handle. So the "opened-eyes" effect is just a reflection of Jon's hand hitting the ice. What a bummer.
While not exactly an ironclad source, when you watch the video in slow motion its pretty clear that the "eyes open" exactly when Jon's gloved hand becomes visible on the other side.

So, which Dragon and Wolf we talking about?
I think its pretty obvious that Ghost and Wight-Viserion are going to have a battle to the death
I dont know what else people could think here

After the last conversation between the Stark sisters and Airya handing Sansa the dagger, I'm not so sure that Sansa wouldn't be the one who does the deed.

Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned:
Trailer for next week has (at 0:33) a line of the Stark/Targaryen peeps walking up to the Dragon pit.
Tyrion
Discount Khal
Davos
Podrick
John Snow
Jorah
Where is Brienne?

Hey this seems familiar. I'm looking at you books 4 and 5

At 0.33 her head is right between Davos and Podrick.
Is that Theon falling to his knees by the lifeboat? He's on the boat with Tyrion in the trailer and at the dragon pit meeting. Do they barely make it out of there alive?
