I'm far from an expert and def don't belong in this thread but I think the magic was voided when Bran came back south of the wall

Clegane Bowl incoming.
Jaimie FINALLY saw the light against Cersei.
LF Execution was perfect for me. Sansa as a leader, Bran finally productively using his TER knowledge, and Arya the assassin.
Looks like Theon will complete his arc saving Yara.
JON SNOW IS AEGON TARGARYEN (Laughed thinking about Ned picking boring arse "Jon" on his way home thinking about what hes gunna tell Cat)
Jon and Dany finally boned. Will be interested to see how honorable Jon handles all this new info.
Good with the way they brought the wall down, and figured thats how the season would end. Assuming Tormund is all good since they didn't show him die.

Think he's a visual placeholder for the Lowest common denominator watchers. He was needed to be at the wall so that the idiots knew where they were and to have an emotional impact to the scene.
I think he might make it to the opening scene of S8 but I don't see how he makes it out of there given where he was

Tormund is on the other side of the wall still in tact. He will have to march on the wall to Castle Black and some how make it to Winterfell before the Lich King does.
