I'm going to have the biggest boner when the Direwolf flies over Winterfell again.

I think HBO might be hinting that their fortunes are about to change.

Did Daario know about Jorah's greyscale?
On the rewatch, I just caught it when Daario is twirling his knife he looks down at Jorah's arm and sees it through a hole in his shirt.

So will that be the moment the Starks fortunes change. Been nothing but misery for them. Has the pendulum finally started to swing back the other direction.
At least until the white walkers show up.
In all seriousness I think it's the point where they start taking a little bit of things back. But I'm curious of the dynamic if Sansa, Jon, and Rickon survives. Does Sansa's marriage to Ramsey put her above Rickon is succession? Does Jon finding out about his parentage put him above either Sansa or Rickon? Or Robb legitimizing him (which was touched upon in both show and books). And with what Bloodraven says, Bran will actually leave the cave so where does he fit? Just an interesting dynamic when it comes to who will be the Stark in Winterfell.
FWIW, if Jon dies again it won't be until he at the very least faces off with the Night's King.

Is that supposed to be Shaggydog??
Great, great episode tonight. I definitely shed a tear or two at the Sansa/Jon reunion. I'm happy I was right that they were actually going to meet up in the show - and Sansa is using her newly found stones to order Jon to take back WF. And Dany at the end....
The only thing that would have made that scene better is if Drogon would have reacted to that fire like batman to the bat signal. It's about time she get her arse in gear.
Only things I'm disappointed about are similar to everyone else's gripes....Jaime and Osha. But overall a fantastic episode.

He didn't but he does after seeing it. Jorah told him don't worry I didn't touch you with it.

If someone doesn't have Robb's decree to legitimize Jon and make him heir, then Bran is first in line, followed by Rickon, then Sansa. Jon wouldn't have a claim being a bastard. And if his true parentage is made known, then he really wouldn't have a claim to Winterfell seeing as he'd be a Targ, and not a Stark.

But the hottest woman of the season goes to the Dothraki girl who is at the tent when Dany gets to VD in E2. She's the one on the right of two girls talking shite about Dany, but I can't find a still of it.
I had to go through the credits to find out who that was. I can't remember the name, but a Google image search didn't yield much.

Can't the great lords like Lannisters, Arryn's, Greyjoys, etc. legitimize bastards? Or is it just kings and lords of the house? I'm not sure behind the rules.
Either way, I have a feeling Sansa or Robyn Arryn or LF will legitimize Jon that way other northern houses will join their cause. And even if Jon's true parentage is revealed, he doesn't have to take the surname Targ, he can keep his mother's surname and the name he was legitimized under, Jon Stark.

Only a king can legitimize

Yeah, that whole two Starks uniting for the first time in a few seasons is totes not classic.
Plot-wise, while there is a lot of talk that indicates action, there is not much actual action.

Blue, that episode was so good, so much happened to advance the plot without having a big fight or battle scene.
Book readers have been waiting 20 years for a Stark reunion. That gave me chills when the gates opened and we see Sansa at castle black. I didn't think they would give us that tonight.
And now Jon has an Army. Dany has an army. LF will have the Vale's army.

Kind of a minor thing, will Jon be keeping that eye scar for the remainder of the series? Every time he is on screen my eyes go straight to that damn scar.

E2, the one on the right at VD after Dany is presented.

I think it's interesting that, based on what I've seen on the web, the High Sparrow is the character who evokes more visceral hatred than any character save sometimes Ramsay. This despite him clearly being the moral superior to basically EVERYONE else in the show.
I tend to think I know why that is, but I think it's very interesting nevertheless.

has the meaning of bran in front of the white walkers in the preview been discussed yet?

Moral superior? bullshite. He craves power as much or more than any of them, which is why he went straight for the royal family and doesn't seem to have bothered with too many others.
