I mean does anyone really believe that the Queen Mother wouldn't have had a sorcerer on the horn the moment her son, the friggin King, was poisoned? Why exactly wouldn't she have tried to have her Son resurrected? Seems like she'd have some 'splainin to do.

Maybe people don't believe in it. If you told me people came back to life I wouldn't believe you. Just because we've seen it as the audience, doesn't mean that others have. It's easy for you to judge because you've seen White Walkers, dragons, resurrections, and whatnot. People in King's Landing know nothing, much like Jon Snow.

Jon doesn't even know how to stay dead

I usually come here to check what people thought of the episode and am always amazed with the stupidity. As if some of the people havent paid attention to a single thing.

Question- why hasn't Cersei or Jamie just given the order for the kings guard or the mountain to just go kill the high sparrow and his followers?

civil war. the high sparrow hinted at it last episode when he was talking to Jaime. the other sparrows showing up were symbolic of how "the people" will respond

It is known. I relate them to citizen in the Capital in Panem.

I think it's pretty obvious that Jaime/Ceresi/ZombieClegane are going to wage war against the sparrows.
In one of the trailers you have Ceresi talking to the High Sparrow saying "I choose violence" over civil rest.

My new fav character. The way he smashed that peasants head against the wall was just beautiful. I hope we get to see him crush some religious fanatic skulls.

For those that don't do this normally, the HBO Viewers Guide for GOT is awesome. You can look into family trees, people, and the map. I'm obsessed with knowing where all of the places are on the map.
According to that map, Winterfell is to the west of the kings road so leaving Winterfell and approaching the kings road, one would go left to go north to the wall and right to go south to kings landing but when Jon and Ned part ways, Jon and Benjen both head right while Ned goes left:

The one thing about last weeks episode that really got me thinking was the appearance of young hodor and the fact that outside of his stature, he was a normal stable boy.
Makes me wonder wtf happened to him/what he witnessed, and it makes me wonder wtf Hodor means since I always just assumed that was his birth name. Maybe Hodor is more important to the overall storyline than being a two legged mule?
I hope the prisoners at castle black are fed to the dire wolf

I googled the actor who plays Hodor to see how tall he is... apparently he's a 7 foot tall homosexual.

I think Hodor knows who Jon Snow really belongs to and there is a curse on him that will never allow him to speak. Hodor must mean something and maybe we will eventually find out.

I love the flashbacks and like Star Wars, there is so much material within the books I could see them wrapping GoT up in a few years and then starting a prequel show down the road taking everything up to the rebellion.
Would be awesome

Haven't read the thread, but this week's episode was pretty badass.
Not a fan of red titty witch's boob job though (it looks like she had one). She had fantastic boobs before..no need to mess with that.
