I wish they had spent more time at Castle Black. After last week you would think they had a scene where they told them what happened.

I'm at the point where I think the double Ds troll us. We sat around during the first 30 minutes bitching about how boring the Dorn and Arya stuff was and then they burn alive an 11 year old. Even though the burning of the 11 year old was telegraphed and we all saw it coming we thought that was the season 9 shocker. Then they stick their dick in our eye and leave us speechless.

The fighting pit scene was pretty damn good. I was surprised they were able to wound the dragon though as characters have said on the show that the armies couldn't hurt dragons.
Arya is making a huge mistake. She should have made her kill. This will get her kicked out of the cult and truly have no where to go.

I don't know what people want. The first half of the episode sucked and then it was incredible.
Stannis was the most admirable guy in the west that is making a play and he took an amazing heel turn.

Dany as a key cog is just a huge problem in any episode because Clarke is so terrible.

I think everybody knew that Stannis was a bit off and very cold/brutal. But it is another thing to straight up murder your own daughter in one of the cruelest forms of death imaginable. Even J. Snow wouldn't let that one guy burn to death. Its just a step past where I thought he would go.
I think a lot of the love for Stannis, came from Davos' devotion to him. If a guy like Davos vouches for him, then he can't be all that bad. But he is going to be heartbroken. He adored that little girl and I'm hoping this is the last straw for him. What can he do now? It's probably just best for him to stay at Castle Black and join the Night's watch..
