Doesn't Lena Headley have a ton of tattoos, which is why she always wears full body dresses and such? Probably cost more than we're aware to do that scene.

I guess I'm taking a bit of a risk here but... Jon Snow getting stabbed was the last thing to happen in the last book. There are still maybe a few things from the books that we aren't sure whether they are simply being cut from the show or will maybe resurface later, but we are essentially all on the same page now. You know as much as we do.
