So game changers this episode are...
-The Children are basically elves/fairies led by Gandalf the Grey.
-Stannis ended the Wilding seige, routing Mance's army and taking up residence in Castle Black. Putting a powerful force against Roose and Ramsay Bolton
-Dany had to imprison her dragons. Yet the one trouble maker is still at large so...what the diddle?
-Tyrion kills Shae and his father right after Cersei spilled the beans about her and Jaime.
-The Hound is dead. Arya is on the road to Braavos. Brienne failed to keep her oath.
...anything I missed?

I figure people are going to be very suspicious of Varys given the timing of his disappearance. Wonder where he's headed.
I still don't think that the Hound is a goner quite yet.

Well you never know in this show. They didn't show him die, but the bells did ring (I forgot about that), so I'll assume he's dead. I think that means Jamie as the Hand of the king and Cersei as the queen regent.
