Season 4 is the best of this series, IMO. Excellent.
The reversal of fortune from the beginning of the season to end. Lannisters went from top to bottom. Stark kids are coming back up.

Every season ends with something that'll factor in heavily in the next season. So whatever Arya does in Braavos should be awesome.
Questions I'm left with is who the hell the Gandalf looking dude in the roots was? What happens in the upheaval surrounding Tywin's pincushioning? And what's next for Stannis, Jon, and the Red Lady? And Dany hears that Drogon is burning children to death, so she imprisons the two nice dragons she has? Will Stannis finally become relevant?

Great episode. Only complaint I have is that they should have cut ~5 minutes out of the last episode, finished it with Stannis's charge, then had an extra 5 minutes to flesh things out a bit this episode.

I'm gonna be bummed if the Hound actually died.

You knew something about Bravos would happen. Didn't expect Tywin to die. I guess that makes Cersei the HNIC and Loras can go back to being a turdburglar.

I dont think Arya gives to shits about Sansa. Mater of fact, I dont think she gives a shite about much at all.
She obviously gives zero fricks about Sansa. She's going to Braavos.
I hate how we're left hanging with Tywin. Did he die? I mean I guess it may be safe to assume, but I'm not sure. If he's dead I guess that leaves Jaime to possibly become the hand of the king?

Indeed. Arya is about to become a First Sword.
I'm assuming that's like a black belt or something...
And damn, man. Even the Hound's death was brutal. Didn't think Brienne had that kinda power in her. Granted, it ain't like she overpowered him. She just kinda hit him in the head with a rock a bunch...

great episode except Dany chaining her dragons up in the dark made me sad.

66 minutes of actual show time.
except it wasnt b/c the "previously on GOT" opening and the opening/closing credits take 7 or 8 minutes.

I think he died because the bells starting ringing and when Varys heard that sound, he musta figured out what just happened and said frick it and got on the boat with Tyrion.

Did you not notice the open fracture of his femur?
That dude's done, and Arya had him begging for death and wouldn't give it to him.

You're right. When I was watching I realized that but forgot because so much occurred in this episode. I actually chuckled a bit when Varys got on the boat. That was like "nope nope nope".
