And what is wrong with Cocomo? trying to say that was the worst episode of the series? That was by far the most epic.

I think he was trying to articulate that it was a good episode in that it advanced the story at the wall BUT could have been done in half the time and been just as good and then we could have had half a show to advance another story line.
It seemed like he was saying that it was the worst in that it wasted valuable screen time, and I agree with him. Coupled with the fact that the story is only half way done because the battle is still raging and Jon is North of the wall. It didn't answer much, unlike Blackwater Bay that was an awesome battle scene and culminated with Tywin's return to KL.
It seemed to be a little drawn out on just one story line among many for a 9th episode of the season which ends next week.
At least we get 66 minutes next week, but then it's over for 9 months

It seemed like if Mance had just sent like 20 more guys, they would've taken the castle.
