I don't understand how Ramsey thinks Reek can pull off being a fully functioning Theon Greyjoy. His character is reduced to stuttering and flinching at the moment. How the hell is he supposed to pose as Theon?

And why did he let the sister go? Having met Reek, she's going to be hugely suspicious of Theon. All I can see is that it's to be a play on their loyalty and guilt, and Theon of course is to betray them in some way. Ramsay's not through torturing Theon, not by a long shot, and having him betray his family is like a double whammy in that he'll benefit somehow from the betrayal and continue to debase Theon.

Do none of you remember when Roose came back to meet up with Ramsey and got all pissed because of what he'd done to Theon? In that meeting, Roose told Ramsey he'd reconsider his actions if he were able to take an important strategic stronghold in the North held by Iron Islanders. This fort is stopping Roose and his men from moving further North.
Ramsey isn't sending Theon back to his family on the Iron Islands. He's going to use Theon to somehow get into that fort and take it.
