Going to start my rewatch soon. I don't think I'll ever get sick of watching Joffrey die. What a pathetic, spineless coward--all talk and no action.

Had to wait till 1000 replay...it was all I'd hoped for!

I won't get sick of watching it either...As long as I'm watching it with you.

Even so, I can still sympathize with cersei and Jaime at that point. Terrible as they are, losing a child is the worst thing you can go through.

Jaime rushed to him as well, right? I recall Jaime not being all too fond of Joffrey in the books.

That was really weird to see Jaime rush to him, but then again he is the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard.
FWIW Jaime didn't show up in the books until that Sept scene/not too long after Joffrey died.

Nah. The fool definitely knew something was up because he doubled back in the confusion as Joffrey was leaking from every orifice to tell Sansa she had to leave right away to live. If she was in on it, he wouldn't have had to go and rescue her. Whoever killed Joffrey had to have some allegiance to the Starks or at least have compassion for Sansa to go and get her away from King's Landing and ensure she didn't get whacked in the shitstorm that's sure to ensue.
That's a real juicy post.

Well, Jaime didn't give a frick though. It's only Cersei who cares.

Props to whoever posted that

But that's a very intuitive post. Nothing wrong with it, IMO, bc it's right and can easily be drawn from the events in the show.

I'm guessing we'll see that scene next episode.
Also, just watched the Ramsay hunting scene on my rewatch--still at the beginning. How great is that opening scene?? Opening the episode with Ramsay, and ending the episode with Joffrey's death. One bastard dead, the other bastard rising into power. FWIW I think the bow and arrow whore will probably end up dead soon as well--perhaps flayed. Really can't wait to see more of what Alfie Allen does with the Reek portrayal. He's been great at portraying all of Theon so far--from being loyal to Robb and the Starks, to betraying them, to trying to please his father by 'paying the iron price', to trying to show off to the Iron Born, to attempting to defy Ramsay in his initial part of torture, to becoming Reek. And it pisses me off that a decent portion of the Hodors can't appreciate those scenes and write the Theon story off as "pointless"--ugh.
