you'd have to refresh my memory on what i said and in what context.

I believe you said you considered hunting girls like animals for sport, does in fact rape them when he catches them, murders them and names his dogs after them "Friday night"

And I don't even know if there is a context for something like that.

Were you married? Is the law and expectations in your "homeland" that women are the PROPERTY of the husband? Did you say (to HIM at least).."yes, I'll marry you" and did you tell him "NO! Don't do that!" when he entered you?

silliness.

from RAMSAY's point of view:

he is married..in a time when MEN had all the power.

Not rape.

ramsay was under the impression it was consensual and sansa did nothing to make him think otherwise.

The only impression Ramsey was under was that he was gonna screw with this girl mentally, and physically. He gave absolutely 0 fricks if it was consensual or not.

Why are so many calling that "rape"

It was on her wedding night, she did NOT say "no" or try to fight it. It was unpleasant sex for her. It was degrading for her. But, it was in no way..."rape". She made a decision to go along with this scenario. She doesn't LIKE what she has to do. But, it is 'willing' in that sense.

irrelevant. It appeared consensual and she didn't give indication it wasn't.

the what if game is being used to prove rape in this thread. the what if scenarios didn't happen so it doesn't matter

they are trying to use what if arguments to convict ramsay here

if BHP takes a girl from the bar home and has sex with her with the intent of killing her if she refuses but she doesn't refuse and has consensual sex with BHP and then goes on her merry way did BHP commit a crime? no

again with these unrelated scenarios.

They're completely related. If LF cared what Sansa had to say on this matter, he would have counseled her about it back in the Vale. Sansa also didn't know that Ramsay was a mass murdering psychopath who mutilated and tortured her father's ward before she was really forced to agree to it in Moat Cailyn.

What the frick do you think would have happened to Sansa if she said no at the alter or to sex with Ramsay? Let's play through the scenarios here. She already knows that one of Ramsay's girls was fed to his bitches, and he makes an idle threat to her. Do you think if she said no at the wedding or at the bedding, Ramsay and Roose would have been "Oh, that's ok"? No, best case they would have beaten the shite out of her, and worst case they would have either fed her to Ramsay's dogs or flayed her alive (along with Theon). You act as if she's got attractive options here. This is ridiculous and simply misogynistic.

Yeah, she looked thrilled to be there, and didn't wince at all when he had her go face down on the mattress.

If what Ramsey did was rape, then Catelyn Tully was raped by Eddard Stark on their wedding night.

Let that sink in.

No, Catelyn Tully wouldn't have been flayed or fed to the dog if she refused Ned. Sansa would've been and she knew it.

I mean, maybe. She wasn't violently raped or anything, but she may have reluctantly had sex and thought of Brandon the whole time. I doubt it seriously though, since their relationship I think was always defined more by duty than love.

But with Lysa and Jon Arryn? Yeah, definite rape.

Exactly. The whole show has involved people being paired off for political expedience.

frick...the King in the North got chopped up in PART because he went back on his word to marry one Lord's ugly daughter.

he then coerced an uncle(?) to marry one in his place. That dude was not HAPPY about that. But, he fricked up a war plan and was willing to do as he was told.

A LOT of "unions" in this show are based upon "gotta" not "wanna"

No, she consented to the wedding night sex, and it wasn't under duress. He may not have been her first choice, but there were no threats involved.

Call Ned a rapist again and I'll reach through this screen and rip your dick off.
