I think he's hilarious in the office right now.
The way he acts like he's all important in the inside group is pretty funny.

What?!?!! He's the worst character ever. The only reason I don't fast forward when he is on the screen is to watch the other charactes. He's so terrible. He brings nothing positive to the show- humor, awkwardness, presence, storyline, etc.

I think Gabes character is very funny right now. Im an Office original but I still love the show and try to grow with it. Im sure Im in a minority but I thought this last weeks episode was very good. I

i liked last weeks, but i was still kind of depressed there was no michael.
Gabe saying Magic Jordan was pretty funny, as well as telling Jim he got ripped off for getting a "fake" nerf basketball goal.

I don't know if I would go that far. He was funny in those few circumstances, but I find I don't like him very much in general. If he was just kind of a side character I think he'd be alright. But when the whole thing with him and Erin started it was all downhill. Her and Andy obviously are supposed to get wit it.
And yeah, he def. looks very late 20s early 30s.

post-Erin breakup his character has been pretty funny. Way better than Pam, Jim, Erin, Kathy Bates or DeAngelo.
A lot of the characters start out as straight men then just morph into some niche of weirdness to be funny ala Kelly and Ryan.

Last week was one of the first times I can remember finding Gabe funny. The Magic Jordan and "Walk away, bitch" lines were good. But in general, I agree that he sucks.
