No. None of it is true. The daughter acts like a tomboy. She is female and is referred to as "her" or "she." Nothing tranny about it.
If you think that kid is a tranny from the 1st two episodes, then so was Scout from To Kill a Mockingbird.

there is a supernatural element to every season of Fargo as well.

I'm not sure if we're supposed to like Sheriff Jon Hamm but I like him. I think at the end of the season the lady cop will be the one to solve everything but they may be setting up the sheriff to be sort of a cool villain. This show has done that in past seasons. I'm thinking someone along the lines of Varga from season 3 and Mike Milligan is season 2.
