Just finished the first episode of the last half of season five. I'm surprised Hank and Walt came face to face already...I'd have thought that would come a lot later. Interested to see how the last seven eps play out.

As far as creepy rapist-looking, meth-cooking, neo-nazi killers go, he's not that bad.

The Fly was even clever for a bottle show - Walt was literally a prisoner in this wonderful, modern, industrial meth lab. He was sort of a "fly" trapped in a bottle, and there was a fly trapped in there with him.

Just great television, IMHO.

Spin it any way you want. It was a bad hour of television

My three favorite characters in order:
1. Gus
2. Mike
3. Huell (as small as his role was)

Easily. Dude played it cool in the public eye, but was not to be fricked with when it came to his business.

His "come at me bro" moment before he agreed to the Cartel's demands (where he eventually killed everyone) and the Box Cutter episode solidified that for me.

I'm a huge Gus fan as well. He's a complete, stone cold badass, even when he's nerding it up in public.

Four episodes left. :bartscott:

I just finished the show this weekend...It's a solid show, but I didn't feel like it's the GOAT as so many have said, not even close. I found myself quite bored with several episodes.

You had 4 eps left as of previous post, did you get through anymore before sleep? How many do you have left for tonight?

HOnestly I'm glad you didn't try to trudge through and can watch the last couple tonight rested and refreshed.

Yeah, I have three left (started your Ozymandias one and quickly fell asleep). TBH, I was pretty tired last night anyway and knew that finishing the show was gonna be tough, but I wanted to try. I'm glad I didn't though because, like you said, I can finish it tonight refreshed and whatnot...it was definitely wearing me down to have watched about 15 or 16 episodes yesterday.

You should restart Ozymandias from the beginning.

Yeah, Gus is a total bad arse.

I'm having to skip over alot of posts in here because I'm not as far in as Coco. The last episode I watched last night was ...........SPOILERS!!!!!!!

Jesse shot Gayle in the face. Walt just went total kingpin badass after he took out those two homies.

It's a shame that Mike is on the other end of Walt. I really like that dude. I think he's more of a bad arse then Gus.

Is it just me or does Jesse rival Worm in Rounders as one of the most infuriating characters you want to like in TV history?

I definitely will. I'll be home a little after 7 tonight, so I should be able to roll through the last three episodes pretty easily.

Spoilers..

I did see Hank get got though, and then Walt selling Jesse out to the assassins. I think I fell asleep after they found teh money and left...cuz I remember thinking how cold blooded it was when Walter told Jesse that he was there when Jane died (I wondered if that would ever come up again).
